Alex Fashion brings sculpted eveningwear to BFW Day Two
Alex Fashion presented a sequence of evening looks at the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week, moving from white volume to deep jewel tones. The collection centred on fitted bodices, sheer detailing and floor-skimming silhouettes.
Bengaluru, 16 October 2026 — Alex Fashion’s showcase on Day Two of the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week unfolded in a palette of white, black and saturated blue, with eveningwear taking a polished, formal direction. The collection moved between structured bodices and fluid hems, creating a balance of contour and movement across the runway.
A white gown introduced a softer register, its fitted, embellished bodice giving way to a full, airy skirt that carried volume without heaviness. Around it, black column dresses with sweetheart and plunging necklines sharpened the mood, their clean lines offset by slim straps and precise tailoring.
Blue emerged as the collection’s most vivid note. One look featured a rich, velvet-like finish with a fitted silhouette and a delicate, beaded neckline, while another carried a similar dark tone with a thigh-high slit and silver-toned detailing at the neckline and waist. These accents brought light to the surface without disturbing the collection’s restrained elegance.
The styling remained consistent in its evening register, with heels and pulled-back hair allowing the garments to hold focus. Necklines were treated as key points of interest, shifting from sweetheart curves to V-shaped cuts and embellished yokes, while the silhouettes stayed close to the body before releasing into soft hems.
Across the selection, Alex Fashion worked with contrast rather than excess. Sheer panels, embellishment and sculpted construction appeared in measured form, giving the collection a refined, occasion-led character. The result was a concise study in modern evening dressing, shaped by clarity, polish and a deliberate sense of line.
